2 Agreement with the bank

Supported cards and payment methods

Our payment gateway supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skip Pay, Payment Button – Online Payment and Push Payment. Read more about these payment methods.

Merchant zone (POS Merchant) – web application for the management of your transactions

POS Merchant is a free web application designed for the comfortable management of your transactions from payment card acceptance
contains an online overview of individual authorised and completed transactions executed at the payment gateway (or payment gateways) with the possibility of exporting data to CSV and several other useful functions

Posting and statements

Posting of transactions to the merchant’s account

transactions are credited to the account held with ČSOB on the following business day after the transaction is executed
if you have an account with another bank, we will send the payments the next day (D+1), but the crediting to your account depends on your bank – the amount is most often credited a day later (D+2)
ČSOB credits from card transactions in total per day, payment gateway and card scheme by default

Card transactions statements

ČSOB offers the possibility of sending electronic statements by e-mail in XML and PDF formats
any combination of formats and frequency of sending statements on a daily, weekly or monthly basis can be set
